What I love most about body positivity is that you are creating a positive atmosphere that lets you be the best you. It means to cherish the body you have created for yourself by caring & sharing the movement to help others with being self-conscious. There is no perfect body type but also, knowing that your making a difference and helping others know how to love themselves for who they are, it’s letting everyone know that you are loved no matter who you are. Never doubt yourself, embrace your body and feel good doing it. Just remember that, there are gonna be haters in your life who will judge you for appearance and personality, I would love myself always and let the haters be haters. I’m proud of who I am, you should be proud of yourself. Love the body you created!
